Frequently asked questions

Something not covered? Write to us — we are happy to add to the list.

How many people can stay?

Both flats are designed for two people and, with the combined living and sleeping area, have room for a small family. If there are four of you, please say so in your enquiry — we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, gladly. Dogs are welcome for a fee of 10 € / 40 zł per night. Please tell us the size and number in your enquiry; they are not allowed in the pool or sauna.

How far is it really to the beach?

50 metres to the path down to the beach, where there is also a beach bar. In beach shoes with a towel over your shoulder, that is one minute.

Is there parking?

Yes, free of charge at the house. At the Premium Apartment you can drive right up to the terrace — handy for loading and unloading.

Are the pool and sauna included?

As a guest you may use the pool and sauna in the house, daily from 8 am to 8 pm.

How do I pay?

Booking directly: a 20 % deposit by bank transfer, the rest on arrival in euros or złoty. You will receive a written confirmation from us with all the details.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, bed linen and towels are provided and fresh when you arrive. Beach towels are best brought along yourself.

Can I book at short notice?

Very often, yes — outside July and August almost always. A phone call is the quickest way.

What is there to do when it rains?

The pool and sauna in the house, the thermal baths in Kołobrzeg, the museum at the church ruin in Trzęsacz or the lighthouse in Niechorze. More of the same on the Location page.

Is the apartment step-free?

Both flats are on the ground floor and reached with few steps, but they are not formally accessible. Please call us if you travel with a walker or wheelchair — we will describe the situation precisely.

House rules

Kept short. It is only about everyone in the house enjoying their holiday together.

Quiet hours
10 pm to 7 am — please be especially quiet in the garden and the conservatory.
Smoking
Not inside the flats, please. On the terrace and in the garden gladly, with an ashtray.
Pool & sauna
Open from 8 am to 8 pm, used at your own risk, children only when accompanied by an adult.
Dogs
Please not on the beds or sofas, and on a lead outside.
Kitchen
We appreciate it if the dishes are washed up and the fridge left empty.
Waste
Please separate it — the bins are at the courtyard side and we will show you where.
Visitors
Day visitors are no problem; please arrange overnight guests with us beforehand.
Damage
It happens. Just tell us and we will find a solution — keeping quiet about it is the more awkward option.

Still a question left? We answer the phone.
